  What is consignment?
The word consignment means placing an
item in the hands of another person, but retaining ownership until the item
is sold. In the context of sale, it is usually understood that the consignee
(the person selling the item) pays the consignor (the person giving the item)

How
to Consign with us: If you have items
that you would like us to consider for consignment,
please print and fill out the consignment agreement
below. Enclose digital photos via email or printed
photos via mail of all of the items you wish to
consign with dimensions and the general age/condition of
the items. You can send the form and photos to us at
P.O. Box 26062, Philadelphia, PA 19128 or email them
directly to
info@phantasticphinds.com.

If you are unsure if your items fit these
categories, it never hurts to ask. Send us a picture & we will let you know
if we can take it.
If you have a large
consignment, we will consider taking entertainment centers and IKEA
style furniture, please ask about this. |
Guidelines:
Before downloading the consignment agreement please read
through our guidelines that are listed on the agreement.
If you do not agree to any of these guidelines, for any
reason, we will be unable to take your consignment.

1.
I own, outright, the item(s) listed on this document for
consignment with Phantastic Phinds. |
|
2.
After 30 days & 60 days, the selling price of the item(s) that have not
sold will be reduced until sold, or until end of contract. |
|
3. After
90 days, this contract will expire. If you opted to pick-up your items,
you have 10 days to pick up any items that did not sell. |
|
4. It
is my responsibility to update my contact information with Phantastic
Phinds. If I fail to do so, and Phantastic Phinds cannot reach me after
10 days of the end of my contract, I forfeit my right to all profits and
ownership of the item(s) I consigned. |

5.
Phantastic Phinds is not responsible for lost checks & will not issue
new check if address was incorrectly given. |
|
6. Phantastic
Phinds has the right to photograph the item(s) being sold & retain the
images for use in any materials desired. |
|
7. Phantastic
Phinds has final authority over the last selling price of all items.
Estimated Worth is only used as a guide. |
| 8.
I
will receive 50% & Phantastic Phinds will receive 50% of the final
selling price of my item(s). |
| 9.
6%
of the final sale price of each item will be remitted by Phantastic
Phinds from my profit to pay PA sales tax. |
| 10.
I will receive one payment at the end of my contract or after all
my items are sold. |
| 11.
There may be a cleaning/repair fee taken out of the profit of my items
if items are excessively dirty/damaged, not to exceed $50. |
Pick-up/Delivery: Large amounts of furniture require our contracted moving company at a rate
of $88 per hour door to door,
plus drive time. For a small number of items, that will fit in a pick up truck
bed, there is a flat rate of $65-$99 in most areas in and around Philadelphia. Customer responsible to pay moving charges out of profit from
sales. No sales, no moving fee charged.
Phantastic Phinds maintains the right to turn away any
