Return Policy: All sales are final. Most all of our inventory consists of used items. It is the customers responsibility to inspect all items prior to purchase.

Furniture Pick-up Service: All items must be picked up within 7 days of date of purchase. If they are not picked up on the 7th day, they will be moved to storage and charged a $5 a day storage fee. Delivery is not currently available.

Payment Options: We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, or Cash for payment of our merchandise. We DO NOT accept money orders or cashiers checks. We DO NOT hold items, you are welcome to call with credit card information to purchase an item over the phone and sign for it when you come in for pickup. However, we DO recommend seeing all items in person before purchase, as there are no returns.

Paypal payments can be sent to info@phantasticphinds.com, please include the item number and pickup details. All paypal purchases must be picked up within 7 days or we will refund you payment, less a 10% restocking fee.
